02 — Reference projects

EnergyX DY-Building.

Completed in 2023, the EnergyX DY-Building became the world's first Zero Energy Building Plus certified building in 2025. It is a reference for EnergyX's integrated approach to building energy.

Completion, certification and reported performance are presented as distinct records, each with its own date and basis.

129.9% energy self-sufficiency in FY2025, reported in 2026 — verified by three independent parties, including the Korea Energy Agency. Prior years: FY2023 — 121.7%; FY2024 — 129.6%.

Further projects are added as publication rights and complete records allow. A short page with one strong project is better than a gallery of unsupported metrics.

03 — Published technical results

Results that carry their record.

We evaluate technical progress at the level of the tested device and the intended application. Published results identify the device, test conditions and verification basis so that cell performance is not confused with module or installed-system performance.
