EnergyX provides insulation, waterproof, drainage, earthquake-resistance, fireproof, and sound absorption capabilities in its Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) systems.
These sophisticated architecturally functional hardware systems allow the solar power production technology to replace the traditional rooftops and façades (walls & windows) – the building-envelops, or membranes.
Most of the systems provide a cost-competitive solution compared to combinations of regular rooftops and façades with separately engineered solar photovoltaics.
Unlike greenfield solar power generators, architectural functionality in BIPV systems is critical in all building types.
For optimal efficiency and application, such functionality must be considered from the very beginning, in the architectural planning process. With such requirements in optimizations, EnergyX Systems create much synergies with EnergyX Zero.
