The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and members, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the platform services provided by EnergyX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

1. "Member Account" refers to the account provided by the "Company" that allows authentication, modification of member information, membership registration, and withdrawal through a single login ID and password in the "Platform Service."
2. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and uses the "Member Account" in the "Platform Service."
3. "Platform Service" refers to the services provided by the "Company" that are accessible through the "Member Account," as specified below.a. EnergyX Service
b. Tomorrow's Architecture Service
c. Design Who's Service 4. "Member Account Information" refers to the mandatory or optional input information required by the "Company" for using the "Member Account." It includes member information that can be viewed and managed, such as verification and modification, through the "Member Account" settings screen within the "Platform Service."

① The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, along with its corporate name, the name of its representative, business address, phone number, and business registration number, in a manner that allows Members to easily access them on the Platform Service screen. However, the contents of the Terms and Conditions may be made available for users to review through a linked screen.
② Before a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Company must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up window to ensure that the user understands important provisions. However, this requirement may be waived if providing such an explanation is significantly difficult due to the nature of the contract.
